Graphite

Expanded mineral graphite possesses very special characteristics.
In fact, it is very resistant to almost all chemical agents, can withstand both very low and very high temperatures and high pressures, has good thermal and electrical conductivity, resists ageing well, has good constant springback and is flexible.
It is also easily workable. It is often reinforced to increase its strength and durability with grated or smooth steel sheets.

Graphite Without Armour

Seals made of flexible expanded graphite without inserts. They have a high resistance to creep and a very good seal even with uneven surfaces or low clamping loads.

Graphite Armata Piana

Graphite gaskets with a stainless steel foil insert give a longer service life combined with a drastic reduction in liquid and gaseous fugitive emissions, ensuring greater safety.

Perforated Graphite

It performs up to 10 times better than rubbers such as NBR rubber. Exceptional resistance to high temperatures.

Multilamellar graphite

Reinforced graphite gaskets with multiple stainless steel foil inserts provide greater pressure resistance and sealing security.

    PTFE Certificato

    Viene realizzato aggiungendo al PTFE delle polveri additivanti come fibre di vetro, carbone, grafite, bisolfuro di molibdeno, bronzo e polveri di ceramica. Queste componenti aggiuntive variano le caratteristiche del PTFE e possono, a seconda delle diverse concentrazioni, aumentarne la durezza, la resistente alla compressione, la resistenza all'usura, ridurne il coefficiente di dilatazione termica e variarne la resistività di volume e la resistenza superficiale.

    PTFE Espanso

    Questo polimero possiede un'elevata resistenza chimica e un'alta stabilità chimica nei confronti dell’eccitazione termica, infatti le sue caratteristiche permangono idonee fino a temperature di 260°C. Inoltre ha ottime proprietà anti-adesive, basso coefficiente di abrasione, elevata stabilità dimensionale ed estrema resistenza all’invecchiamento con facilità nel conservare l'elasticità nel tempo.
