NYLON
The nylon is a material suitable for milled and turned parts and for several machining purposes. It is often used for high quality washers. It has indeed a good tensile strength and high temperature resistance, also higher than 110 °C. This material can be used in sheets, bars, rods, slabs and sleeves.
PVC
Polyvinyl chloride is a thermoplastic material made from natural materials such as salt and petroleum. PVC is one of the most versatile, cost effective and common plastics, with a long lasting efficiency. It has good elastic memory and limited resistance to temperature range.
POLYETHYLENE
It is a cheap polyamide with good mechanical characteristics. Not resistant to excessive temperatures, polyethylene gaskets are mainly used in assembly and household appliances sector, but also in carpentry and automotive sector.
