GRAPHITE
NOT REINFORCED
Gaskets made of flexible, expanded graphite without inserts. They have high creep resistance and a perfect sealing capacity also with uneven surfaces or with low tightening loads. They are used also with thermo-mechanical cycles or shocks and with high temperatures and pressures. Used in pipes with steam or aggressive media with the exception of strongly oxidising reagents.
FLAT REINFORCED
Graphite gaskets reinforced with a stainless steel foil. This enables a longer service life and a drastic reduction of liquid and gas fugitive emissions, thus ensuring increased safety. They have excellent creep resistance and a good sealing capacity with low tightening loads and uneven surfaces. They are used also with thermo-mechanical cycles or shocks and with high temperatures and pressures. Used in pipes with steam or aggressive media with the exception of strongly oxidising reagents.
TANGED REINFORCED
Graphite gaskets reinforced with a tanged stainless steel foil for a higher pressure resistance and a better sealing capacity. They have excellent creep resistance, chemical stability and a good sealing capacity with low tightening loads and uneven surfaces. They are used also with thermo-mechanical cycles or shocks and with high temperatures and pressures. Used in pipes with steam or aggressive media with the exception of strongly oxidising reagents.
MULTI-LAYER
Graphite gaskets reinforced with a multiple stainless steel foils for a higher pressure resistance and a better sealing capacity. They have excellent creep resistance, chemical stability and a good sealing capacity with low tightening loads and uneven surfaces. They are used also with thermo-mechanical cycles or shocks and with high temperatures and pressures.
COATED WITH ALUMINIUM
Reinforced graphite gaskets coated with aluminium sheets on both surfaces for a higher pressure resistance and a better sealing capacity. They have excellent creep resistance, chemical stability and a good sealing capacity with low tightening loads and uneven surfaces. They are used also with thermo-mechanical cycles or shocks and with high temperatures and pressures.
